Our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM, which means they are designed to be water resistant in everyday situations, such as splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend using them for swimming or diving.

Several factors can affect water resistance, such as a poorly adjusted crown, a sudden impact, or a change in temperature.

Finally, please note that any markings on our dials are purely decorative and do not reflect the actual level of water resistance of the watches.

We use Seiko automatic movements such as NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK63, VK64 and VK61.

We typically need 3-7 business days to assemble your watch. After that, we perform quality tests that can last between 4-8 business days, and finally, shipping can take between 2-5 business days.

In total, the process usually takes between 15-20 business days.

Please note that personalized watches may require an additional 3-5 business days.

There is a short period between placing your order and when it begins processing. If you email us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.

Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. If you contact us after this period, your order will already be in process or shipping, but you will still have the option to return it once you receive it. Feel free to email us.

You can return the item within 7 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

We also offer exchanges at no extra cost if there is an issue with delivery or if you receive a damaged package.
